<p>As a rule, voice tonality has two versions that you need to master: Command Tonality and Question Tonality. The way command tonality can be demonstrated is when you say something with a deeper tone of voice. The person whom you are speaking to will interpret the deeper tone in your voice as though you were giving them some type of instructions or as though you were communicating with them as an authority figure.</p>
